What we collect when you contact us
When you ask for an estimate through the form on this site, by text, by WhatsApp, by email or by phone, we receive what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, neighbourhood or town, a description of the item and the damage, and the photos you attach.
We use this information only to prepare your estimate, to reply to you, to arrange drop-off, pick-up or a visit, and to do and guarantee the work. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
Requests sent through the form arrive in our email inbox. Messages sent by text or WhatsApp stay in those apps on our phones.
What we collect when you visit this site
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: which pages people visit, how they found us and which buttons they tap. These services use cookies and similar technology and receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and approximate location. Clarity also records how a page is used, such as clicks and scrolling. We set Clarity to hide what you type into the estimate form.
Some pages show a Google Map. When the map loads, Google may set cookies and receive technical information under its own policy.

Where your information is stored
This website is hosted by Hostinger. Form requests reach us by email through Google (Gmail). Site usage data is processed by Google and Microsoft. These companies may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it can be accessed under the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and photos only as long as we need them for the estimate, the job, the six month guarantee and our business records. Google Analytics keeps site usage data for 14 months.
