Yes. We mix colour to your piece rather than picking from a chart, so the repaired area reads the same as the leather around it. On older furniture that has faded unevenly we blend the repair across the whole panel, so there is no visible edge where the work stops.

Yes, this is one of the most common jobs we get. Shallow claw marks are filled and blended. Deeper damage, where the claws have torn through the top layer, is rebuilt first and then colour matched. Furniture repair starts at $125.

Yes. We work on old leather club chairs, wingbacks, Chesterfields and dining chairs. On an old piece the first question is whether the leather should be kept and repaired or recoloured across the panel, and we tell you which before anything starts. Yes. The area is reinforced from behind so the repair holds under weight, then finished and coloured on the surface. On a seat or a sofa arm the leather is under load every day, and a surface-only fix will split along the same line within weeks. Both work. Handbags, jackets and small items are easiest to drop off at the shop on Elbow Drive, by appointment. For sofas and armchairs we come to you across Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere and Cochrane. Some repairs are done in your home, and sometimes we take only the damaged part back to the shop.

Small repairs are often finished the same day, usually in three to four hours. A handbag or a jacket takes one to three days. A full sofa restoration takes five to ten days, depending on how much of the leather needs colour. You get a timeframe together with the estimate.

Yes. We work on Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren and similar pieces: torn seams, damaged corners, worn handles and faded colour. Colour is mixed to the original, and we keep the repair to the smallest area that will hold. Handbag work starts at $70.

Yes. The perforation is rebuilt by hand so the hole pattern stays even and the repaired section reads the same as the panel around it. It is slower than a plain repair, which is what makes it more expensive elsewhere. One rear seat with tears through the perforation was finished in four hours, where other shops had quoted about three times the price and a week of waiting.

Yes. We can remove, refinish and refit the wheel at your home or workplace, the same as we would in the shop. A Lexus wheel done that way was still in good condition a year later.

Every job carries a six month guarantee, as long as the item is used normally and picks up no new mechanical damage. If something goes wrong with the repair itself in that time, bring it back and we put it right.

No. Colour will not hold on leather without preparation. The surface has to be cleaned, stripped of the old finish, repaired where it is damaged, and only then coloured and sealed. Skipping those steps looks fine for a few weeks and then peels.

Full reupholstery of furniture in new fabric or leather, and shoes and boots. On antique furniture we work on the leather and not on the wood, so joinery and french polish go elsewhere. If the leather is beyond repair and the furniture needs to be recovered, we will tell you so rather than take the job.
