Damage: Tears through perforated leather on a rear seat. The customer needed it back quickly.
Work: Rebuilt the perforation by hand so the pattern stayed even.
Result: Four hours
Afterwards: Other shops had quoted about three times the price and a week of waiting. The customer left a review on Google Maps.
